BCA is a consulting company, which means that we understand our clients ’needs, challenges, goals, and whatever problems we encounter, we always focus on solving and achieving our clients’ goals. Thanks to the successes achieved in this way and the good cooperation, our clients regularly call us back to new and new tasks. The key to our success is a dedicated team, which we strengthen with many programs, sports, and team building – we always find time to relax.

Our projects are extremely diverse. 90% of them are strongly committed to IT and are proud to be able to fill any role that may occur in an IT development project: we analyze at a high level and in detail, both from a technical and business point of view, we develop, system integration and project management tasks, we test, educate, and support the customer wherever possible. And 10% of our projects are related to process assessment, process transformation, organizational development, or strategy development.

In an average year, we implement 100-120 projects for 14-15 clients. This means a lot of new experience and learning, and on the other hand, it gives us the opportunity to shape project allocations so that all our colleagues are given a motivating and tailored task. Our project teams are not fixed, we try to provide diversity when needed and rotate colleagues across tasks, roles, projects, disciplines, clients and industries.
